We are trying to get those kids back,” Smith said, criticizing Soliz for failing to provide child support for any of his nine children.
Court records obtained by Page Six show that Soliz was ordered in March by the Los Angeles County Support Services to pay $1,167 per month in child support, along with covering half of his children’s medical expenses. Despite this, concerns remain as Soliz’s financial situation is complicated. He reportedly receives $2,773 a month while his ex-wife, Mancilla, is currently unemployed. The couple shares five children, but Soliz’s overall commitment to providing for his children has come under scrutiny.
Smith, in her interview, did not hold back, calling Soliz a “loser” and revealing that he had accused her of stressing him out. “He says that I stressed him out because I called him a deadbeat dad,” she remarked, further criticizing his failure to meet his financial responsibilities.
The intrigue deepens as people question Spears' relationship with Soliz, whom she originally hired as a housekeeper in 2022. What sparked her attraction to him, despite his ongoing legal and financial troubles, remains unclear.
